3. Data Storage and Access

Website enquiry data (name, email, phone) is received via email notification to our team. It is not stored in any database on our website servers.
Goal planning data entered on planner.nandinivesh.com is accessible only to the client who entered it and to authorised employees of Nandi Nivesh Private Limited for the purpose of preparing goal-based plans.
KYC documents are stored securely in physical and digital formats as required by PMLA and AMFI guidelines. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We do not store any payment card information. All mutual fund transactions are processed through BSE Star MF's regulated platform.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only where necessary and only with the following parties:

BSE Star MF: For processing mutual fund transactions.
Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and RTAs: For completing investment transactions and maintaining folios.
Regulatory authorities: SEBI, AMFI, or other bodies, where required by law.
